I.What is "MLBB Esports For Everyone" project? & Why do we launch it? 
After the release on Google Play and App Store, Mobile Legends: Bang Bang now has over 200 million registered accounts! As MLBB becomes more and more popular, we are now bringing even more tournaments, fixtures, and events to you!

Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Esports for Everyone(hereinafter referred to as E-project) is a project launched by Moonton which aims to make all the MLBB players realize their esports dream. We welcome all public institutions, commercial entities to organize their own MLBB tournament. Mobile Legends: Bang Bang will provide certain amount of prize support, technical support, as well as some promotional support.

II.What kind of tournament will Moonton support? & What benefits will Moonton provide?

MLBB Esports Team provides different kinds of support to tournaments of different levels. Here is the basic standard of different levels and the corresponding support we will provide. The actual support that you will receive depends on the actual situation and will be calculated by our model.

III.How to get support from MLBB "Esports For Everyone" Project? 

Please fill in the proposal form . (You can download it at:

and send it to the official mail of E-project. If you have some other documents (photos, your own proposal and so on) related to the event, you can also send them as well as the proposal form to the mail below:

IV.Some Rules and Tips you need to notice about the "MLBB esports for everyone" Project
Basic Requirements:

1. As the MLBB league system matures and standardizes, we will keep optimizing the terms and conditions of E-project. Therefore, applicants need to read this page carefully. If the organizer violates any of the following terms, MLBB Esports Team remains the right to reduce or withdraw all the support provided, the right to stop the event/tournament and the right to refuse authorization. MLBB Esports Team will continue to supervise.

2. Even if you had organized any third-party event/tournament, or you had collaborated with Moonton/MLBB Esports Team before, you have to apply for the new third-party event/tournament.

3. The event/tournament must be non-profitable. All the resources provided by Moonton/MLBB must not be used for private interest.

4. The event/tournament must be non-official. The organizer is responsible for all the problems caused. MLBB Esports Team may reconcile but is not responsible.

5. The organizer may not propose any matter that will damage the image or interest of Moonton and MLBB. The organizer must not have any concealment. Organizers with serious bad records or appeared in negative news will be refused.

6. MLBB Esports Team is happy to see different events/tournaments proposed by people and organizations from around the world. But with limited resources, do understand that not all events will be supported by MLBB Esports Team.

7. The organizer must clarify that the event/tournament is supported by E-project instead of claiming that the event/tournament is sponsored or held by Moonton. The “Moonton” logo must not be displayed at any place during the event/tournament.

8. The event/tournament must not involve alcohol or gambling in any way.

9. The name of the third-party event/tournament:
(1) May not have any spelling mistake;

(2) May not share the same or similar name as official events/tournaments, including but not limited to MLBB Pro League, MLBB Intercity Championship, MLBB Diamond Championship, etc.;

(3) May not contain the word “League” or “Pro(fessoinal) League”;

(4) May not contain words that endanger national security, reveal state secrets, subvert state power, or undermine national unity;

(5) May not contain words that endanger national honor and interest, damage the public interest or propagates ethnic hatred;

(6) May not contain curses or abusive words, including words that are potentially offensive to others, words that damage other’s reputation, words of indecency or hatred or other disturbing words;

(7) May not contain unlicensed names of which the copyright is held by another individual or organization;

(8) May not contain words that promote third-party apps or games;

(9) May not contain words related to obscenity, pornography, gambling, illegal drugs, violence or criminal activity.

Things to note about the application process:

1. The organizer must apply to Moonton 1 month before the registration starts. And the organizer has to ensure that the promotion and registration of the event/tournament have not started yet.

2. The organizer must fill out the proposal form and make good preparations for the potential problems.

3. The application documents should be sent by email. The content of the application documents and the email must be in Chinese(recommended) or English.

4. The proposal form is the main document of the application documents. Items requested in the proposal form will be considered as not provided if they are provided on other documents only.

5. The authorization agreement is a prerequisite for hosting an event/tournament and getting support from MLBB Esports Team. The official approval and the authorization agreement will be sent by mail.

6. The organizer may only hold the event/tournament within the time limit specified in the authorization agreement. If the event/tournament contains multiple seasons, for each season a separate agreement has to be signed. Except for special circumstances, any event/tournament can have up to two seasons per year.

Things to note about the event/tournament:

1. The schedule of the third-party event/tournament must avoid clashing with the schedule of any official event/tournament in the hosting region and the schedule of any official event/tournament in the region of any participating team. Please communicate with MLBB Esports Team to make sure there is no time clash. If after the third-party event/tournament is approved, Moonton has arranged new official event/tournament in that region, the organizer of the third-party event/tournament must change schedule. Otherwise, Moonton will cancel the promotion for the third-party event/tournament.

2. From July 2019 on, MLBB Esports Team will suspend the approval or support for any offline (semi) professional league or large amateur league in MPL regions (except in special cases).

3. Except in special circumstances, the event/tournament schedule may not be longer than 2 months or the match week may not exceed 6 weeks.

4. Each team should have 5-6 players.

5. After signing the authorization agreement, if the organizer has to change the schedule of the event/tournament due to their own reasons, the organizer must inform MLBB and get approval.

6. The scale of the event/tournament should be in line with the plan.

7. The organizer must award bonuses or other rewards to players as promised.

8. The organizer must use the logo provided by MLBB Esports Team. Promotional materials like posters should be examined by MLBB Esports Team first.

Things to note about the support:

1. If MLBB Esports Team agrees to promote your event/tournament in MLBB, please provide 1)promotional pictures; 2) link(the website of the event/tournament or the registration site); 3)promotional title (not exceed 8 words); 4)promotional content in English(not exceed 100 words). Please send the promotional materials and the requirements to us at least 2 weeks in advance and ensure the size of the promotional pictures and the promotional link is correct. Only the event and MLBB can be on the promotional picture and no other game and sponsor is allowed. Otherwise, MLBB Esports Team remains the right to stop the promotion.

2. MLBB Esports Team will release “Monthly Event Preview” on the 1st of each month 
(the date will be adjusted if holidays). If your agreement is signed 1 week before the post is released and your event/tournament reaches Level 4, we will add your event/tournament to the “Monthly Event Preview” in MLBB and all social platforms.

3. If MLBB Esports Team agrees to provide Diamonds as rewards for your event/tournament, all Diamonds will be sent in 2 weeks after MLBB Esports Team receives the winning player’s account info. If the diamonds are not sent to the right players due to the false information provided by the organizer, MLBB Esports Team is not responsible.

4. If MLBB Esports Team agrees to provide Redeem Codes as rewards for your event/tournament, please contact us 2 weeks before the Redeem Codes are issued to make sure the Redeem Codes are issued correctly in time. If the organizer fails to contact us 2 weeks in advance, we have the right to refuse to provide the Redeem Codes.

5. If MLBB Esports Team agrees to provide Skin support for your event/tournament, please contact us 2 weeks before the Skins are issued. If you have any requirements for the Skins, please inform us to make sure all Skins are issued correctly in time. If the organizer fails to contact us 2 weeks in advance, we have the right to refuse to provide the Skins needed. If MLBB Esports Team is unable to meet the organizer’s requirements, Skins will be issued according to Moonton’s requirements.

6. Whether to open Tournament mode and how many accounts can enjoy Tournament mode depends on the scale of the third-party event/tournament and the actual situation. If the organizer requests to open Tournament mode for too many accounts, MLBB Esports Team may only open Tournament mode for a part of those accounts.

7. If MLBB Esports Team agrees to provide high-resolution pictures for your event/tournament, please inform us the specific picture required and the detailed size of it. Otherwise, we will provide random pictures. And MLBB Esports Team has the right to turn down the organizer’s second request.
