Access Permissions to Bitrix24 Sites
You
can now specify access permissions to Sites. This setting is very handy
if you want to decide which users or departments can create, publish or
edit settings of your Bitrix24 Sites.
Open
Channels have been moved to Contact Center. You can view the list of
all chats and chat statistics, use filters and export statistics to
Excel in one place.
Filters
in CRM cards make it very easy to find the right event or filter
elements by type. It is especially convenient when you are working on
long-term deals with a client. You can use such filters as comments,
documents, tasks, automation rules, etc.
Bitrix24
Call Tracking allows using SIP PBX numbers (SIP connector
required). SIP connector is a special module that helps make outgoing
calls and forward calls using your PBX. Bitrix24 automatically adds the
detected number to the Sales Intelligence > Call trackingsection.
